Other early underwater magazines

By the 1990s there was a proliferation of diving magazines, nearly a dozen in the USA alone, but until the 1970s there were very few such magazines. Here are some of those earlier magazines, listed in alphabetical order. All are now defunct.

? This advertisement is from Skin Diver in August 1968. I believe Skin Diver and Dive were the only pure diving magazines in the 1960s from the U.S.A. Others like this one existed then, but were from New Zealand or Britain, not America.
Freshwater Dive ?-
1976-
? A local diving magazine focused on the northern U.S. around the Great Lakes. Published in Caneadea, New York. The Fall 1976 issue was Vol 1, No 3, so 1976 was probably its first year.
Oceans 1969-1989-
? High quality photography of oceans and beaches. For a few months in its first year (1969) it skipped some issues due to financial problems. Examples of some topics of its articles were pelicans, mangroves, and oil spills. The premier issue featured an ocean wave on the front cover.
Sea Frontiers ?-
1969-
? A small, pamphlet-sized bimonthly journal about oceanography. Volume 15 was in 1969. The size was 6" x 9", and was about 60-70 pages per issue. Published by International Oceanographic Fountation in Miami.
Sea Secrets ?-
1965-1969-
? A small, pamphlet-sized magazine about oceanography, published by the Institute of Marine Science, University of Miami. The size was 6" x 9" and averaged 7 pages per issue.
Skin Diver 1951-2002 The king of diving magazines, published monthly by Peterson Publishing, with a 51-year publication span. This had to have been Dive's main competitor.
Skindiving in Australia ?-

? This ad appeared in Dive in at least 1971 and 1972. I'm fairly sure this ad never appeared in SDM.
